App works great for creating a support ticket and being notified of updates. Minus one star for not having any way of seeing you're part of an outage. Twice in as many months we have had outages lasting over 12 hours resulting from cut cables in other parts of the state. The app says no alarms, everything looks peachy and it takes an average of over 6 hours to finally get notified we're part of a larger outage.

I cannot say enough bad things about this app, not enough space. It is impossible to sign into because the two factor authentication does not work. When I go to sign in I provide my username and password. I am then asked for the answer to a secret question to which I do not know the answer. I update my secret question and it asks me a different question to what I updated. And the one time passcode does not work either, it sends me a code, and the code I get does not work. Verizon=Wasted time.
